1. What does the uniform include, and when will I receive it?
Each first-time registrant for a minimum of 10 classes receives a free uniform set, which includes a jersey, shorts, and socks. Uniforms are distributed during the first week of the program.
2. What is the policy on absences?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if a player will be absent. Makeup classes can be arranged at other locations within the same term, or you can opt to save a class credit for future terms. Players may accumulate up to two class credits each term. Absences reported on the day of the session are only eligible for a makeup class, which also must be completed within the same term.
3. What happens if a class is cancelled due to weather?
If classes are cancelled due to extreme weather conditions like thunderstorms or snowstorms, all players will be notified at least two hours in advance. Players can choose to either save the class credit or attend a makeup class at another location. Classes will proceed as normal during marginal or light rainfall.
4. What equipment is required for training?
All players are required to purchase their own outdoor soccer shoes and shin guards, which are necessary for training.
5. How can class credits be managed?
Class credits must be used within 90 days; otherwise, they will expire. Special considerations are provided for players with injuries, supported by a doctor’s note, to extend the credit period as necessary.
6. What are the accepted payment options?
Currently, we accept payments via e-transfer and cash. Please ensure payments are made promptly to secure your spot in the program.
