With a robust background as a college soccer team leader and coach in China, substantial roles in competitive coaching at Ottawa South United Soccer Club, and now as a YRSL and IModel coach at Markham Soccer Club, Richard has honed his skills in youth soccer education. He excels in team management, effective communication, and innovative teaching strategies.
