Recreational programs

  • For children aged 3-4 years: We offer a program called "Kick Start." These are 40-minute sessions designed to engage the children in practices that enhance their motor skills. Activities include the development of kicking movements, brain coordination, reaction timing, running techniques and learning how to change direction swiftly and efficiently. All these skills are essential for their physical development and lay the foundation for future sports engagement.

  • For those aged 4-5 years: Our program called "Introduction to Soccer" is an ideal fit. These 60-minute sessions introduce players to the world of small-sided games such as 3v3 and 4v4. Our aim is to ignite a spark of interest and give them a basic understanding of the game of soccer. This is achieved through a blend of practical play and theoretical knowledge.

  • For the age group of 6-15 years: Our "Learn to Train" program is perfectly tailored. Each session lasts between 80 to 90 minutes. Here, players work on specific soccer skills such as passing, dribbling, and shooting. We also educate them on the rules of the game and the different player positions. This comprehensive approach helps to improve their knowledge and understanding of the game, equipping them with the necessary skills to take their game to the next level.
